Injection Mold & Lift
In this project I developed an injection mold for .032” credit cards. At the Front is the injection nozzel. At the rear is exhaust port. Around the middle is a o-ring to prevent leakage. There is also vacuum holes on upper and bottom plates to keep both sheets separated to allow plastic to be shot between them.
